This idea was born out of trying to solve a challenge we directly experienced ourselves.
As a firefighter family with two young children, we wanted to help our kids understand Dad’s work days, home days, and the constantly changing schedule that comes with the fire service in a way that works best for their brains.
What started as something for our own home quickly became something we realized could help so many other shift-working families.
