All of Connected Family Creative’s products are made with care and prepared specifically for your order. Because our products are handmade, products are typically ready to ship within 14 business days. During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Because our products are made to order based on your selected options, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or preference changes.
